5 Reasons Beachbody on Demand Is Worth The Cost

One of my most popular blog post topics is Beachbody on Demand workouts! And I’ll tell you why because Beachbody creates some of the most popular workouts and people want to know if it’s worth it to pay the subscription for Beachbody on Demand. So here are five reasons Beachbody on Demand is 100% worth it.

1. The first reason is you get access to everything in Beachbody’s catalog. I’m talking about the old school Beachbody stuff like Turbo Jam or P90X and the latest and greatest too.

There are a wide variety of workouts in this catalog, even workouts like Youv2 for those who are limited in their mobility or just starting out can can do with ease.

Beachbody also has intense programs like 10 Rounds or 6 Weeks Of The Work that are solid. And many like 21 Day Fix and anyone at any fitness level advanced or beginner can do these and see excellent results.

2. It’s a good value Beachbody programs, when purchased individually, can be costly. If you buy the completion pack, it’s $130.

Purchasing one workout program, it’s going to cost you $130 versus what you pay Beachbody on Demand. If you don’t want to continue doing Beachbody on Demand, you can at least use it for six months to figure out which programs work for you and are worth spending your money on and then purchase those outright from Beachbody. Of course, when you cancel your subscription you don’t get access to the new programs.

I canceled my gym membership because it wasn’t worth it when I have Beachbody on Demand for the fraction of the cost it was costing me to be a gym member.

3. You can work out anytime, anywhere with Beachbody on Demand. You can access the program from your PC, via an app on your phone even with your Roku player. It’s extremely easy to install the app or stream on Roku.

Beachbody on Demand is super convenient, you can do your workout from home whenever you want. Go on vacation, you can bring your phone and do your work out from your hotel room. You don’t even need equipment because there're programs that have no equipment or only require a resistance band or tube.

You work out when and where you want to.

4. You don’t have to just do one program. Not only that, but you can do a hybrid of a program. You can create your own or you can go to Pinterest or Google Beachbody hybrid or mashup. I’ve seen one that mixes 21 day fix with T25. I have even seen one that has P90X, Insanity, and T25 combined! There’s many hybrid programs.

And you can create your own if you like. I love LIIFT4 I but don’t feel that the lower body portion is enough for me. I can do a lower body workout from one of the other programs on leg day instead. You’re not limited to one program, you can do whatever you want in whatever combination works for you.

5. Beachbody on Demand and their programs help anyone regardless of size or experience level. I have yet to see any Beachbody on Demand workout program that doesn’t have a nutrition plan that goes with it.

I’m not a fan of diets myself, but there are many people out there that when they use a nutrition program with a workout program, they see results. They become healthier and lose weight. Beachbody on Demand can take the guesswork out of eating right. If you want to do 21 Day Fix and use the containers and which is basically portion control, then go for it, you will reach your goals a lot faster and a lot easier that way.

If you have never worked out before or if you are advanced at working out there is going to be a trainer on Beachbody on Demand that resonates with you who you’re going to learn things from and transform.

Check Facebook, there are people who have groups dedicated to some workouts or just Beachbody themselves. Also, Beachbody has their own platform called BODgroups while I have not used this many other fitness bloggers have said you can get a lot of support on BODgroups.

For me using Beachbody on Demand has fantastic. I can’t afford a personal trainer or a ton of fancy workout equipment, so using Beachbody on Demand has given me the ability to work out from home, learn more about fitness and not spend a ton of money on exercise equipment because what I have at home is good enough already. Many of the workouts use basic hand weights and resistance bands. Some don’t even require any equipment at all!

I would always suggest going for 21 Day Fix or Youv2 for those who don’t know where to begin. If you are an advanced exerciser, and you want to do an intense program try #MBF, 10 Rounds, Insanity, and Body Beast.

Beachbody on Demand is a subscription service. How involved you are on the platform and the nutrition programs is 100% up to you. You have 100% control over what you do and when you do it because everything is at your fingertips when it’s convenient for you.

With a wide variety of workouts from strength training workout to cardio, there are diverse workouts. Some that gentle and easy for people who just starting out in their fitness journey. While others are better suited for moderate to advance exercisers. There’s something for everyone and as you progress, there will be workouts that are more challenging for you than going to a gym where you have the same equipment. Every day you have a different workout every day on Beachbody on Demand.
