/Dinner can be costly at Disneyland. Many visitors fill up at breakfast or lunch where the cost is more sensible. Disneyland has three Italian restaurants which is a smart because spaghetti is filling. Three restaurants at Disneyland in the parks serve Spaghetti. Two are quick service locations so the prices don’t change at Dinner. One place has bland sauce. While the other two are better. I will list the three locations and the pasta.
Alien Pizza Planet is in Tommorowland. The updated menu online has no prices for spaghetti. I was in Alien Pizza Planet recently but the prices are subject to change. Mars-inara and Meatballs with Celestial Tomato Sauce and grated Parmesan Cheese is $10.99.
The Mars-inara Spaghetti with Celestial Tomato Sauce and fresh grated Parmesan Cheese is $10.49. This is the meatball free spaghetti.
At Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta you will find Spaghetti with Meatballs and Pomodoro Sauce for $10.49. You can find Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta at Pixar Pier in DCA.
Wine Country Trattoria serves Spaghetti Bolognese. One plate is $19. With meatballs $25.
Since Wine Country Trattoria cooks to order you, can order for red sauce or marina. You can ask for meat sauce. You may see that choice on the menu, but they will personalize your spaghetti.
Pizza Port and Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta are quick service.
For kids spaghetti all locations serve turkey meatballs and whole wheat pasta. The price is $7.99 at Pizza Port AKA Alien Pizza Planet and $7.99 at Boardwalk Pizza and pasta. Wine Country Trattoria offers customization for kids. They offer “ Kids’ Mickey Check Meal - Choose Your Pasta and How it’s Prepared! Spaghetti or Little Bell Pasta with your choice of Marinara Sauce, Turkey Meatballs with Marinara, or our Tasty Vegetables for $10.00.”
The question is which location serves the best spaghetti?
The bottom line is if you’re looking to save money Pizza Port is the answer. Even adults can order the kids meals. Kids meals come with a drink like water or juice. Two healthy sides like fruits and veggies. This may be a better choice for those who prefer to eat healthier foods. The meatball is turkey, and the pasta is whole wheat. You could save the banana or carrots for a later snack.
Pizza Port has the weakest sauce. The sauce is bland. I have had better. I put a few packets of grated parmesan on the sauce to help mask the taste. Even my foodie friends agree. There is better pasta sauce at Disney.
Both Wine Country Trattoria and Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta are in California Adventure. They also offer live entertainment. Since Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta is a quick service, sit outside and find a spot closer to the stage. When you’re at Wine Country Trattoria, you must be seated near the entertainment to enjoy the show. Check with Disney dining a few days before the trip so you can plan to watch the live musical performances. I have seen Silo Rags, and the Mariachi Divas performances at this location the most.
Wine Country Trattoria spaghetti comes in second place. The sauce is not horrible. The sauce tastes like Prego or canned sauce. Overpriced food is my main issue. The seating is mostly outdoors. What sets Wine Country Trattoria apart is the table service.

Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta is the winner. You get more food from this restaurant. The portions are generous. The meatballs are big, and the pasta and sauce are fresh even though despite being quick service. I crave the pasta. Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta is superb.
The Pomodoro Sauce that Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta serves is robust and has more flavor. It’s the perfect sauce for anyone the sauce is just right. The Pomodoro Sauce is not spicy or chunky and will delight the pickiest Eater.
Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta serves your food on a real plate with a real fork. If you rely on quick service dining for most meals real plates may be a welcome change. Boardwalk Pizza and Pasta wins. The sauce is better and so is the price.
